Flossmoor Station Mug Club



Mmmm, Flossmoor Station IPA... (insert your image of Homer Simpson tipping his head back and drooling here)

Tony and I attended our second ever Mug Club event. This was the tapping of Hoppy, Hoppy, Joy, Joy - "8% American IPA with loads of pacific northwest hops."

I tried to describe it to our friend, Steve, but all I could come up with was that it might be the most perfect IPA I've ever had.

All I can say is that you should try it for yourself and be the judge.

We met wonderful people (as we always do at Flossmoor and brewpubs in general) and got to spend a little time with Bryan Shimkos the brewer. He was gracious enough to spend time talking shop with us about our venture into home brewing.
